We understand that facing a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of your pet’s neurological disorder can be very frightening and our doctors never forget that your pet is a family member—not just a pet. From the moment you first contact us, you’ll work with our team of compassionate professionals who are committed to your pet’s health and your family’s well-being. For your convenience, we have designed our website to make your experience with us easier.

Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to help assist with providing care to all patients in a timely manner, we require you call or email us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

After the first occurrence of failing to notify BVNS of a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, or for a “no show” or failure to show up for the appointment without canceling, you will be required to put down a $100 non-refundable deposit to book a future appointment. This deposit will be applied to your appointment balance for that day.

Patients that arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may need to be rescheduled and subject to a deposit for a rescheduled appointment as outlined above.
